Lynnette has always enjoyed working out and started taking bodybuilding more seriously after her second daughter was born. She continued to compete for the next four years receiving National titles and recognition including USA Masters Champion. After hearing "you should compete" enough times, Lynnette entered her first competition in April of 1997, followed by a multi-state competition in June. Lynnette competes in and promotes only natural bodybuilding shows which prohibit the use of illegal drugs and steroids. Lynnette has been featured in several national magazines including,
Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, and Larry Scott & Associate's
Bio Phase. Lynnette is also a pop/classical violinist and recording artist! She has released two albums and a video. Lynnette has performed frequently with Mannheim Steamroller, The Moody Blues, and former Led Zeppelin members Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. She entertains people across the country with her band. |
